With a strong need to quench his thirst for connoisseur-grade beer, Apollo headed downtown to Bruisin’ Ales of Asheville, which is pretty much the baddest ass beer store ever contemplated and constructed. Brusin’ Ales boasts an insane beer selection of over 700 different brews from around the globe. You need to see it to believe it.

Chimay is a super tasty Belgian beer but not at all like hoeggarden. It is slightly carbonated and thus gets you tipsy faster. And its made by monks, can’t go wrong there.

Good call! We didn’t recognize it.

    Thanks, Mary Allyn!
